Kaiut Yoga Sadhana


Join Jan and Shauna and the participants of the Sacred Geometry workshop in an early morning practice of Kaiut Yoga.

Designed to work through chronic pain, injuries, general aches & stiffness, Kaiut Yoga is for people of all body types.

Focusing on the joints, in this 5-day introduction, we will hold postures and isolate specific movements, and explore our relationship to rest and to pain.

Whether you are suffering from chronic pain or are looking to explore new frontiers in your long-time asana practice, this method will help cultivate freedom of movement in the body, mind, and energy system.
