Join Blair Jensen in a 4 week meditation course.
During the 4 weeks students will be introduced to the basics of meditation.

  • Each class will include:

  • instruction for practice

  • 1-2 meditation sessions per class

  • meditation teachings

  • suggestions for incorporating practice into daily life

  • an opportunity for questions and discussion

Wednesdays 7:15 - 8:15 pm

October 23, 30, November 6 and 13, 2019

Fees (per 4 week session): $50.00 plus GST
