In recent years Nancy has deepened her passion for yoga alignment and body awareness by incorporating the use of the ball in her personal practice and her teaching. Nancy has completed workshops with a vast array of instructors including Jan Debenham, Paul Grilley, Arthur Killmurray, Father Joe Pereira.
