Yoga Flow is a vigorous form of yoga, which synchronizes breathing, movement, and music. A stylized form of vinyasa yoga, this practice uses a graceful and uninterrupted stream of asanas to stretch, strengthen, and cultivate focused awareness. Throughout the series, ujjayi breathing is practiced helping to create a meditative state. This complete meditative workout teaches students to respect their own body’s needs as they explore their own capacity.

After taking her first class in 2008, Anna fell in love with yoga immediately. She completed her Moksha Yoga training in Kelowna, BC in July 2016. Anna is also currently completing her undergrad in Sociology at the University of Winnipeg. Anna's enthusiasm for yoga and her genuine interest in people radiate in her warm and vibrant yoga classes.
