How often should I practice yoga?
How often you practice depends on the individual. Yoga can be practiced daily. The more regularly you practice the more noticeable the benefits. If practicing daily it is a good ides to incorporate at least one restorative practice into your routine.
I am pregnant. Should I do yoga?
Yoga is generally considered benificial during pregnancy, however it is recommended to check with a physician before starting any new activity. Some poses are contraindicated during pregnancy. Be sure to tell your instructor so they can guide you to the appropriate modifications for your individual needs.
