Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is an ancient and traditional system of hatha yoga, unique in that it is composed of a precisely designed sequence of postures. Each pose is linked to the next through a series of connecting movements called Vinyasa. Smooth deep breathing, gaze (drsti), and locks (bandhas) are synchronized with the movements. This powerful and vigorous practice purifies and realigns the body, cultivating a feeling of inner peace.

Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar yoga teaches the classic yoga poses through a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. While the technique helps to refine the poses, it also trains the mind to remain alert and focused.

Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu yoga is a gentle form of hatha yoga, which aims to cultivate awareness and compassion. The Kripalu method teaches yoga postures and basic breathing techniques with the emphasis on non-judgmental observation of the inner senses, thoughts, and emotions. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, honouring the bodies needs in each moment, trusting the inherent wisdom of the body.

Relax Deeply
In this class you will replenish yourself through the powers of restorative yoga. All of the postures will be supported with props to simulate the shape and gain the benefit of the original pose while completely relaxing. We will practice in a meditative soft atmosphere. Be prepared to be still and let go completely.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is an active form of yoga, which synchronizes breathing and movement. Using a graceful and uninterrupted stream of asanas, students learn to listen to and respect their own body's needs. Throughout the series, ujjayi breathing is practiced helping to create a meditative state. This complete meditative workout both stretches and strengthens every part of the body.
