Yin yoga is a quiet meditative practice, characterized by holding poses for several minutes. Yin postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissue that forms our joints.
In this 2.5 hour practice students will have ample time to relax and turn their attention deeply inwards. Candace will begin the practice with some discussion about the yin style of yoga and how to safely work with long holds.
